Hi again, I’m Trang 👋🏼

As an end-to-end UX/Product Designer, I love turning problems into opportunities by simplifying the complexity and translating user insights into intuitive designs and human-centered products that make people’s lives simpler. I do this by optimizing user interviews and competitive research in order to translate them into design solutions through wireframes, usability testing, and dev-ready final designs.
My background in art history has equipped me with a strong foundation for examining problem space and carrying out research. Additionally, my 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry has sharpened my empathy and deepened my understanding of people’s needs and concerns while carrying out patient care tasks. With a strong commitment to bridge the gap between people and technology, I strive to draft inclusive and intuitive design solutions that resonate with both the user and business needs.
I love connecting with new people so feel free to shoot me a message and let’s grab a coffee! ☕️

This is my design process ✨

Keeping users at the forefront of my design process helps me refine the problem, ideate potential solutions for the users, and create an inclusive experience.

-A good UX design is intuitive and user-friendly while meeting the basic user needs effectively. However, a great UX design anticipates user behaviors, delights with seamless interactions, and creates a memorable experience.

❤️

Empathy-driven design. Putting the users at the forefront of my designs and integrating empathy into the process helps me gain valuable insights into the user experience.

Collaboration and communication are keys. Transparent communication and effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams help ensure that the design vision is effectively translated into the final product.

🎨

Changes in designs are inevitable… but it doesn’t have to be a struggle when we are willing to adapt and listen to one another.

Outside of design, you can always find me… 🌻
